The second convention of the Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM) was held in a special session of the National Congress in which the representatives of 21 districts of Sindh participated. The participating districts were Karachi South, Karachi West, Karachi East, Karachi, Korangi, Thatta, Badin, Tando Mohammad Khan, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Matari, Nowsheferoze, Nawab Shah, Jamshoro, Larkana, Sukkur, Khairpur, Dadu, Kashmor, Ghotki, Shikarpur & Jacobabad.
Congress started with National Anthem of Sindhu Desh .All district presented their performance report at the National Congress session. A central Body performance report was also presented, which was approved after discussion.
After then, the organization’s central elections were held under the supervision of Election Committee Chairman Shaban Sindhi, Adil Hameed Sindhi and Perah Sindhi, in which these under mentioned officials were elected for three years through the election ballot:
Chairman Sohail Abro, Vice Chairman Zubair Sindhi, General Secretary Amar Azadi, Deputy General Secretary Farman Sindhi, Finance Secretary Hafeez Deshi, Media Secretary Murk Sindhu and Communications Secretary Hoshu Sindhi were elected.
Chairman of the Central Election Committee Shaban Sindhi took the oath to all the elected officials.
The following resolutions were passed on this occasion; All Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun, Saraiki, Gilgit and Kashmiri missing persons should be released. The transfer of 52 thousand acres of land to the soldiers of Sindh should be rejected. Silent military operation from Sindh should be ended. Allotment lands of Sindh in the name of Bahria Town should be cancelled.
