February 4, 2026London: Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM) takes serious note of the reported enforced disappearance of Muhammad Bakhsh Sajidi father of Dr Naseem Baloch, Chairman of Baloch National Movement (BNM), along with his uncles Naeem Sajidi and Rafeeq Baloch. They were taken from their residence in Hub Chowki, Balochistan, on 2 February 2026, by Pakistani state security forces. To date, no official information has been provided regarding their whereabouts, legal status, or any charges against them.
Sohail Abro chairman JSFM affirms that the Sindhi nation and the Sindhi national movement stands in full solidarity with their Dr Naseem Baloch on this hard time.
He said that Dr Naseem Baloch is widely known as a peaceful political leader and human rights advocate. His political activities fall within the scope of lawful and protected expression under international human rights laws. Actions taken against his family members reflect a broader pattern of intimidation, repression, and the use of fear to silence political dissent.
Sohail Abro calls The immediate and unconditional release of Muhammad Bakhsh Sajidi, Naeem Sajidi, and Rafeeq Baloch
He further urges the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the British Parliament, and the European Parliament to take urgent notice of this case.
