Karachi (Press release)
Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM) Chairman Sohail Abro condemned the militant attack by a proxy of the Pakistani spy agency, Lashkar e Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen HM group. Tourist were brutally attacked by a group of tourists in Baisaran Valley, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, 2025, in which at least 28 innocent people killed and injuring more than 20 others.
He said that Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen are internationally recognized terrorist organizations, designated as such by India, the United States, the United Nations, and the European Union. Both groups have a long history of orchestrating deadly attacks in India, including the 2001 Indian Parliament attack and the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Burhan Wani, a notorious terrorist affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen, was also part of this violent campaign before being neutralized in Kashmir.
These terrorist outfits operate with the support of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI. Leaders like Hafiz Muhammad Saeed (founder of LeT) and Syed Salahuddin (chief of HM) are based in Pakistan and continue to propagate extremism and violence in South Asia.
Sohail Abro strongly condemned the heinous attack and expressed deep solidarity with the people of Kashmir. The Sindhi nation mourns the tragic loss of innocent lives and stands firmly against all forms of terrorism, Abro said. He appealed to the United Nations and global peace organizations to take urgent action and hold Pakistan accountable for sheltering and sponsoring terrorist networks.
He further urged the international community to declare Pakistan a terrorist state, citing its ongoing role in spreading terror across South Asia and oppressing its own ethnic and national communities, including Sindhis, Baloch, Seraiki’s, Pashtuns, Kashmiris & Gilgitis, and Baltis.
