In this incident, the state institutions ISI , MI are involved, because Sajan Malukani was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani institutions on August 1, 2023, after which his bullet-riddled body was given to Sindh today. Not only do they forcibly disappear people, but they also kill political activists during their illegal detention. These incidents are linked to state policies to suppress the voices of nationalists and political activists, particularly in Sindh and Balochistan, where people face repression and violence for speaking out for their rights.

International human rights organizations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch should take serious note of this incident. They should raise their voices at the global level against the serious human rights violations in Pakistan, so as to put pressure on the government and take effective measures to stop these violations.

Along with this, nationalist organizations of Sindh like “Jai Sindh Freedom Movement” have expressed their determination to continue their struggle. These organizations are talking about continuing their movement for the freedom and rights of Sindh despite the state violence and oppression.
